If you are happy with the "Sub Total" click next.
Fill in your Name & email address, Note is optional, Tick "I agree" and click Next.
Click next if the order report is OK.
If you have a Paypal account, Log in and Pay.

Dont have a Paypall account ?
On the Bottom left hand side of the window where if says " Dont have a Paypall account ?" click continue. This allows you to pay with credit card.
